Industrial & Commercial Roof Refurbishment – Poole

This project involved the refurbishment of a flat roof on an industrial/commercial unit in Poole, delivering a long-lasting waterproofing solution with minimal disruption to the client’s operations.

Scope of Works

  • Full removal of stones, debris, and loose materials from all roof areas (approximately 300m²)

  • Installation of a Soprema SL 600 overlay system onto the existing asphalt flat roof

  • Supply and installation of new drip battens and felt drip edges to the roof perimeter

  • Application of Soprema Alsan liquid detailing to all roof penetrations and post details for a fully sealed finish

  • Removal and safe disposal of all waste materials from site

  • Temporary removal and full recommissioning of air conditioning units following completion of the roofing works

Outcome

The completed refurbishment provided the client with a durable, weatherproof flat roofing system backed by a 20-year warranty, significantly extending the lifespan of the existing roof while improving overall protection and performance.
