Our Flat Roofing Systems

We are fully accredited installers for industry-leading brands, including ICB/Alwitra and Siltec. Depending on your property's needs, we offer three primary flat roofing systems:

Single Ply Roofing: A lightweight, highly durable single-layer roofing system commonly used on flat roofs. Made from high-performance membranes such as PVC, it provides excellent waterproofing, energy efficiency, and long-lasting protection.

Torch-on Felt Roofing: A highly reliable, traditional flat roofing system. It uses multiple layers of bituminous-based felt, which are heat-welded together using a gas torch to create an incredibly strong, impenetrable waterproof seal.

Liquid Waterproofing Systems: A seamless roofing and waterproofing solution. It is applied as a liquid coating that cures to form a durable, flexible, and fully waterproof membrane, making it ideal for roofs with complex detailing or multiple penetrations.

SILTEC Single Ply Warm Roof - Barton on Sea

We installed a SILTEC Single Ply Warm Roof System on this impressive new-build property in Barton-on-Sea, delivering a high-performance, long-lasting waterproof roofing solution. The project covered a total roof area of 250m², including the main roof, first-floor roof and balcony areas.

Scope of Works

Polythene vapour control layer (VCL)
150mm PIR rigid insulation
SILTEC RP single ply waterproofing membrane
Mechanically fixed roofing system

Outcome

The completed installation provides a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty, giving the client confidence in the long-term performance and durability of the roof.
