ALWITRA Single Ply Warm Roof - Verwood

We installed an ALWITRA Single Ply Warm Roof System on this high-quality new-build property in Verwood, delivering a durable, energy-efficient and fully waterproof roofing solution.

The project covered a total roof area of 150m², including the dormer roof and three first-floor roof areas.

Scope of Works

  • Self-adhesive foil vapour control layer (VCL)

  • 200mm rigid insulation

  • ALWITRA single ply waterproofing membrane

Outcome

The membrane was professionally installed to the manufacturer’s specification, creating a robust and long-lasting waterproof finish.
