1. Surveys and Quotes

Free Surveys: Our site surveys are provided free of charge, with no obligation to proceed with any recommended work.

Accuracy: Quotes derived from architect drawings are estimates based on provided data. Final pricing is confirmed following an on-site physical inspection.

Validity: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quotes are valid for 30 days.

2. Work and Warranties

Specific warranties (such as our 20-year flat roof guarantees) are provided upon practical completion and receipt of final payment. These warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and the building being used for its intended purpose.

We aim to complete work within agreed timelines, though this may be subject to weather conditions or material availability.

3. Emergency Repairs

Emergency call-outs (e.g., storm damage) are subject to a standard call-out fee. We will always inform you of this fee before our team arrives on-site.
